The average price for a home in Toronto was $1M in March, a decrease by 1.5% MoM and a decrease by 13.5% yearly.
There were 2,521 home sales in Toromto, with the average DOM of 20, and 4,292 active listings at the end of March.

A new report from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) suggests that condo prices could be set for a rebound later in 2023, despite a double digit decline over the last year.
